We want you to love your Edikted UK haul, but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return your items for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to avoid any processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
